Technical Specification of Mahindra & Mahindra Branded 5/10/15/20/25/30 /40/50/62.5/82.5/100 and 140  KVA , 1/3 Phase Generator set with MANUAL/AMF Control Panel

Specification of Mahindra Brand Silent CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board) type approved DG sets as per description given below:

100 KVA 3 PHASE

D.G.SET comprising of Diesel Engine Model  41425GC  Water cooled developing  142 BHP with Electronic Governor and coupled to Three phase, 4 wire, 415 V.0.8pf,Electric Alternator suitable for generating   100  KVA @1500RPM mounted on common Base Frame.  The DG Set shall be supplied complete with Manual Panel, Dry battery with Leads, Fuel Tank and Silent Acoustic enclosure

Scope of Supply:  DG set

Complete Diesel Generator Set comprising of following:

1)    Engine:

 Diesel Engine of 9/17.5/25/37/44/57/72/90/122/142/198 BHP (gross)   suitable for 5/10/15/20/ 25/ 30/ 40 /50 /62.5/82.5/100/140 KVA DG sets     respectively with 10%   overloading facility inbuilt.

2) Electric Alternator:

a) Crompton / Stamford make of 10/15/20KVA, 1/ 3 ph,   2/ 4 wire, 230/415 V and for 25/30/40/50/62.5 /82.5/100/140KVA 3Ph ,4 wire ,415 V.

b) Sincro electric alternator of 5 KVA 1 ph, 2 wire 230V AC.

3) Rigid Base frame, and fuel tank for 12 hours of running operation with fuel gauge for 10 to 62.5 KVA and 50 Ltrs fuel capacity tank with fuel gauge for 5 KVA DG set.

4) Manual / AMF control panel inbuilt and integrated inside the acoustic enclosure.

5) Silent Acoustic Enclosure with integrated Residential silencer.  A glass window is provided in the enclosure for viewing the control panel from outside.
