50 KVA 3 PHASE

Comprising of Mahindra make diesel engine Model 4725 GM , coolant cooled developing 72 BHP (gross) @ 1500 rpm with A1 class governor and coupled to 4 wire ,415 V ,0.8pf lag  mounted on a common base frame . The DG set shall be complete with MANUAL  Panel dry battery with leads, fuel tank with fuel gauge, emergency stop and silent acoustic enclosure with residential type silencer, 10 % overloading for 1hr out of 12 hrs of continuous operation at full load.

Scope of Supply:  DG set

Complete Diesel Generator Set comprising of following:

1)    Engine:

 Diesel Engine of 9/17.5/25/37/44/57/72/90/122/142/198 BHP (gross)   suitable for 5/10/15/20/ 25/ 30/ 40 /50 /62.5/82.5/100/140 KVA DG sets     respectively with 10%   overloading facility inbuilt.

2) Electric Alternator:

a) Crompton / Stamford make of 10/15/20KVA, 1/ 3 ph,   2/ 4 wire, 230/415 V and for 25/30/40/50/62.5 /82.5/100/140KVA 3Ph ,4 wire ,415 V.

b) Sincro electric alternator of 5 KVA 1 ph, 2 wire 230V AC.

3) Rigid Base frame, and fuel tank for 12 hours of running operation with fuel gauge for 10 to 62.5 KVA and 50 Ltrs fuel capacity tank with fuel gauge for 5 KVA DG set.

4) Manual / AMF control panel inbuilt and integrated inside the acoustic enclosure.

5) Silent Acoustic Enclosure with integrated Residential silencer.  A glass window is provided in the enclosure for viewing the control panel from outside.
